In Stock = current Shopify count (read-only). Update Qty = units made (e.g. 3) or sold offline (e.g. -2); After = In Stock + Update Qty (the new total pushed to Shopify, never below 0). Projected sales = After × price. Canvas Size edits push too. Notes keep timestamped history (saved in this browser, never pushed). Delete only flags a record — removed from Shopify after Parker confirms. Nothing changes the store until you Export → push.
